"Mama, some people love paper… I love what you can do with paper."
Those were the words of our son at the age of four. They articulated not only our own thoughts and feelings about paper, but, in many ways, provided the inspiration for our company, Antonia Press. Our vision included finding magnificent paper and breathtaking art, and then combining those two elements with uncompromising reproduction techniques. The result is an elegant product that can be easily shared.
We have discovered, through our company's inception and development, that our purpose lies in:
- Discovering art whose unique sensibilities have yet to be shared.
- Rediscovering art which is no longer reproduced.
- Remembering words that carried us through some of life's most exquisite and trying moments.
If not awakened, these images and sentiments will be lost to the world.
We intend to produce that which is irreplaceable, precious, incomparable... in a word, "priceless."
